Dear Peter
Just a short note to express our sincere thanks for all the hard work you and your staff put in to make my daughters wedding reception, on October 6th, such a memorable day. We were particularly impressed with the layout of the marquee and the way everything flowed throughout the day. The Flower arrangements were of a particularly high standard.
Please pass on our special thanks to the chef who produced a truly outstanding meal, which turned out to be the highlight of the day, and to the staff who managed to serve it with efficiency and speed required t cater for such numbers.
Throughout the Evening the guests, without exception, remarked on the quality of the food and the perfect location to hold such an event and I would not be surprised if they chose the Deer Park Hotel for their Wedding reception when they get married in the future.
As an ex Royal Marine, I know that you can always tell the efficiency of a ship by the standard of the Captain and in any case it was second to none.
Once again for such a brilliant day.

On behalf of my collegues, may I thank you very much for once again making our third stay with you so enjoyable. As usual, the food, the staff and service were faultless.

I have just returned home, after a seminar with Matthew Smith, at the Hotel. And would like to thank you for a wonderful stay. The food was amazing and the Staff the most courteous I have come across within The Hospitality Profession. Nothing was too much trouble.

Dear Peter
Just a short letter of thanks to you and your staff for all the hard work that you put into making our daughters special day truly memorable. You seem to have a good team around you who all work very hard and are a pleasure to deal with.
Our thanks also to the Chef and Staff who produced a lovely meal and particularly the "Summer Fruit Pudding", which will be remembered for a long time to come.
The Deer Park Hotel is a wonderful venue for a wedding reception and fully lived up to the recommendations that we had from previous clients. Bearing in mind how the weather has changed this week, we were especially blesses with the wonderful weather last Saturday and saw the Hotel at its very best.
We have received many letters this week from our guests at the reception, all saying that they had a wonderful time and so our grateful thanks from everyone for all your efforts and we shall look forward to seeing you again in the future.
