Just a brief note, to thank you and all the staff for making Saturday a very memorable and enjoyable occasion for all. The marquee worked beautiful – the flowers, table decorations and settings were just right, and the food excellent. Indeed many remarked how exceptionally good the food was. The staff worked particularly hard in serving the food and at all times was attentive and friendly. Once again our thanks to all.

I felt I just had to put pen to paper this morning after such a memorable valentines evening at your Country House Hotel. We received such a warm welcome when we arrived, the ambience was just magical, from then on we were thoroughly spoiled – The food was excellent, and much admired your appropriate menu, the atmosphere was so friendly, we loved Roses, Petals and Candles, even on your grand staircase. Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit.

Just a short letter of thanks to you and your staff for all the hard work you put into making our daughters special day truly memorable. You seem to have a good team around you who all work very hard and are a pleasure to deal with. Our thanks also to the chef and staff who produced a lovely meal and particularly the “summer fruit pudding” which will be remembered for a long time to come. The Deer Park Hotel is a wonderful venue for a wedding reception and fully lived up to the recommendations that we had from previous clients. Bearing in mind how the weather has changed this week, we were especially blessed with wonderful weather and saw the Hotel at its very best. We have received many letters this week from our guests at the reception, all saying that they had a wonderful time and so our grateful thanks from everyone for all your efforts and we shall look forward to seeing you again in the future.

This letter is to thank you and your staff for the very warm welcome and all the hard work you put into making the wedding such a great success.

Everybody has commented on how friendly you and the staff were at the Deer Park Hotel. The food was excellent as was the service. The location was ideal and the accommodation was extremely comfortable.

We would also like o thank you for allowing us to decorate the dance area and dining room to our requirements. We also appreciated letting us adopt the non-smoking policy in certain areas of the hotel.

The wedding seems a long time ago now after the Christmas and New Year celebrations. We have lots of Photos and great memories of a wonderful, happy weekend.

If we are ever in Honiton in the future, we will not hesitate to call in and see you all.
