The Deer Park offers the perfect country escape for conferences in Devon, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our Georgian manor house is situated in 80 acres of grounds and conveniently located just 5 minutes off the A303 and just 17 miles from Exeter city centre.
We have the capacity to hold up to 50 delegates in the drawing room, 60 people in our conservatory or alternatively we can accommodate up to 250 delegates in our marquee for a large Devon conference.
Our day delegate rate starts from just £30 per person. We can also offer a competitive corporate accommodation rates for those who wish to stay over.

Team Building Events
With extensive grounds and our own private 3 mile fishery on the River Otter, the Deer Park offers an ideal place to host team building days. We can also organise clay pigeon shooting, laser shooting, archery and we are located just 2 miles from Land Rover Experience.
